Return & Exchange Policy
At Vanyavas, we maintain the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in all our products. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you happen to receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer an exchange under the following strict terms and conditions:
1. No Returns
We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges are only applicable in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange, customers must share a clear unboxing video showing the visible defect in the product.
3. Reporting Process

The video and order details must be sent within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 9116685599.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any condition.
4. Inspection & Approval

Once the video and details are received, our team will inspect the evidence.

If the defect qualifies as a manufacturing fault, an exchange for the same product or an equivalent item (if unavailable) will be processed.

The decision of Vanyavas Quality Control Team will be final and binding.
5. Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Exchanges will not be accepted for:

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as natural handcrafted items may differ slightly).

Damage due to improper handling, use, or maintenance by the customer.

Any issue reported without a proper video showing the defect or after 24 hours of delivery.
6. Shipping for Exchange

In case of approved exchanges, the customer may be required to ship the product back in its original packaging and unused condition.

Shipping instructions will be provided once the exchange is approved.
